totally crap rule without making any sense~
It should be like any other tourney
The lower rate player picks civwar first, then higher rated player picks civwar and a set Civ war for third game
OR
First game is a set civwar, then the loser of the game1 picks civwar for the game2 and last the winner of game1 picks civwar for game3
